Transparent Pricing
Kairo Dynamics is priced per seat, billed monthly or annually (annual saves 5%). Every seat adds reveals to a single pool shared across your whole team — no per-search, per-node, or per-contact metering. The per-seat rate drops automatically as your team grows: you pick the number of seats, and the rate for that seat count applies to every seat, not just the ones above a threshold.

Reveals are drawn from a single team pool, reset at the start of each billing period, and don't roll over.
These rates may change as the product grows, and we'll give notice if they do. The rate you sign at is locked for the length of your contract.
Disputes & Refunds
If a specific reveal turns out to be a poor match, you can request a refund for that individual reveal directly from your Reveals library — no need to contact us first. We review refund requests and, when approved, credit the reveal back to your team's monthly pool.
